It is Pippins Preschool’s intention to make our setting accessible to children and families from all sections of the local community. We aim to ensure that all sections of our community have access to the setting through open, fair and clearly communicated procedures.
We prefer children to attend a minimum of two sessions per week to allow them to benefit from all the activities and to assist in building relationships within the setting; however, we will be flexible.
Children can start from age 2 years and 6 months, providing spaces are available and after discussion with the Preschool Manager.
Spaces may be held on a discretionary basis, depending on how full the preschool is.
When parents request sessions, we keep two waiting lists:
Children not in their preschool year:
The waiting list is arranged as first come, first served.
Emergency admissions:
Children with an emergency admission request from the local authority will be given priority over other children on a discretionary basis.
To add your child’s name to our Waiting List, please visit our Waiting List Form page.
