You will need:
4 tbsp rice or soya milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
100g self-raising flour
1 tbsp caster sugar
25g soya-based non-dairy spread
2 tbsp runny honey
6-10 mandarin segments, either fresh or tinned
