These Tissue Paper Rainbow Fish are a lovely simple craft from Crafts on Sea.
You will need:
Card stock or cardboard, cut into a fish shape
Different colours of tissue paper
Child-safe scissors (or just get your child to tear the bits of tissue paper)
Water and a paint brush
